Clients may access our FacsWeb 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging in at the "Client Login" box located on each web page in the top right corner. You may also access it by going
to and inputting your user name and password.

The FACS web allows our clients to securely:
  • View their accounts online.
    Clients may look for demographic updates, check the collection status or view the payment history in a secure HIPPA and FDCPA compliant environment.

  • Send electronic placement and payment files. It's as easy as logging in to the
    FACS web, clicking the file transfer tab and then identifying your file by using the browser and clicking the upload file tab. A screen will pop up notifying you that we have received
    your file.
